The Aquarama has become a nautical legend. Its evocative name and shape conjure images from another time when these boats roared across Lake Como and skimmed the Mediterranean waves off St. Tropez. The Aquarama is based on the Riva Aquarama, a luxury wooden runabout built by Italian yacht builder Riva. With a hull of varnished mahogany, all versions of the Aquarama were twin engine and featured a cushioned sundeck. Its beauty, speed, and craftsmanship earned it praise and it was known as the Ferrari of the boat world.
